When i was beginning my college years
i was an absolute wreck, having unable to make up my mind what course to take.
I was so preoccupied with my grief and loneliness my mind in complete disarray, i was unable to find my correct path. I was making my decisions out of haste thus, my supposed precious time and efforts simply went to waste. It was not because i did not have ambition, it was merely because i was overpowered by my broken heart. I was very heart focused then, up until now as a matter of fact. And i am truly grateful I AM.😉
When i finally settled in an AB Psychology course, by the grace of God, i went with my heartfelt interest for it. I truly did, regardless of what tomorrow may come, i thought. I guess i was not into thinking much about the future. I am a very into NOW kind of person. Worryimg was/is not just my cup of tea. I always prefer to do my best, no matter.
While there in my course (field of study), i also entertained for sometime the idea to take up Clinical Psychology due to my fascination in the human dynamics. It seemed, however, something was holding me back though. I just was not able to pinpoint what exactly it was then.
Recently though the reason is beginning to show itself little by little. It began when i read a Facebook post suggesting that it might do good to include in all college curricula studies of different human dysfunctions/disorders. I without a doubt spontaneously commented that i would rather that we teach about human positivities so as not to add insult to injury, but come in aid of self-healing.
Just this week, i gathered from my research that the largest component of the total population is beset with Self Love Deficit (SLD) Disorder. "You cannot give what you do not have." is a very old quote that explains the psychology of each person, effecting societal problems.
To help in healing we need to heal first. Why is that? Love bombing is said to be observed as the most effective tool for healing. Unhealed/wounded people do not have the ability to love bomb effectively, because they are dysfunctional and/or have "mental disorder/s". What they effect is more problems and complications. They cause a so-called emotional instability and/or co-dependency. Only healed people can effect real and honest love bombing because their thoughts/prayers, words, and actions are pure as they truly come from their heart.
Simple? Very. Easy? Not really. But the Hope is greatest now in these seemingly trying times. "My people are ruined because of ignorance." The Holy Bible tells us that, but many, so many, yet like to remain ignorant that the choices they make continue to pull us collectively down deeper into the abyss.
"Life is a choice. Love is a decision." are two (2) long-standing opinions of great minds but are wrongfully translated to fit whatever personal gains an unhealed person can get from them. So, help us God.🙏😥
Just where are we going from here? Well, it is my greatest hope, as i continue to pray, for people to find the goodness of their heart and operate from there. We are not mere beings of nothing. We are energies. We are both good and bad, positive and negative energies. It is because of these that we have this so-called "revolution within" that is causing our duality/polarity/dichotomy, or however we may call it. And unless we decide for our heart and our mind to align properly, peace and goodwill will continue to be evasive. Choose. Decide. Sanely though. And lovingly. Begin from within you. From your center - you heart - where God resides.
Leaving you, friends, with something to ponder from Dr. Joe Dispenza: "Where your attention is, there your energy will be." I hope and pray you choose rightly.
Love you all! Ciao.😘💕
